Terms and Privacy Policy

Receive any in stock product in 3 business days (exclusions apply) for only $20 (Batteries and Solar Panels excluded). Multiple items will be an extra $10 per item (batteries and solar panels excluded). Receive free ground shipping on inverters 1000 watts or larger. All shipping promotions are only offered in the 48 contiguous states, to FedEx deliverable addresses, no PO Box deliveries. All PO Box shipments and all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico are excluded from shipping promotions and will be charged USPS actual shipping rates.
**Any product over 150lbs is considered freight and expedited 3-day shipping promo doesn’t apply. Once the product has shipped, ship to address changes are not accepted.**

Price Matching Policy
We price match on AIMS Power brand products only. The product must be in stock and ready to ship. We do not price match our competitors if they can’t get the order out same day.
Payment Methods
The Inverter Store accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, Paypal or Paypal Credit. Additionally, we can process orders with a pre-paid check or wire transfer.
Shipping Charges
All in stock orders are shipped same day if received by 2pm PST Monday – Friday. Shipping charges are added to your order as a separate line item. Quoted shipping days are business days and do not include Saturday. Saturday delivery option is an additional fee and Saturday delivery must be selected when placing your order. Warranties and freight quotes are valid in the 48 contiguous United States. International shipments are available, but all additional charges are the responsibility of the customer (including duties, freight, warranty returns). Solar panels ship on pallets and require a quote at the time of ordering, please call us at 888-417-8673 for an up-to-date quote.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER – Be sure to inspect for any damage or incorrect quantities BEFORE signing for the product. If you accept the product make sure to have the carrier NOTE the damage before signing. Once an item has shipped, ship to address changes are not accepted.
Free Shipping Information
All inverters 1000 Watts or larger qualify for free UPS ground shipping within the 48 states. This promotion applies only to physical addresses, PO boxes are excluded. All PO Box Shipments will be charged standard USPS Priority mail rates. Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Hawaii are excluded. Freight Shipment Terms Freight orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to process and schedule a pickup from the warehouse. Please be patient when ordering items or several items over 150lbs as the processing time can be extended by a day. Freight transit times will vary depending on location, availability of logistics warehouses and drivers and environmental factors. Rural, residential or isolated locations my take an extra 2 business days for delivery due to no usual daily route. Freight deliveries must have a valid phone number. Customer must specify if they need lift gate delivery in order to remove product from truck. Additional rates apply for extra services beyond general freight delivery. This is including but is not limited to Residential Delivery, Fragile Handling (glass items or solar panels), Bulk or Whole Truck Delivery, Inside Delivery (or beyond initial drop point for residences) or any other additional methods that may change or alter the Bill of Lading beyond usual delivery method. Customer is responsible for additional charges at published rates.
Warranties and Guarantees
The Inverter Store warrants all products we sell are free from defect for 30 days from the date of purchase. After that time it is the responsibility of our manufacturing partners and a standard manufacturer’s warranty applies depending on product. All products state the warranty in the specifications.  All returns within 30 days must be pre-approved and must have a RMA. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee for all used or non-sellable product. All returns must be shipped complete with all components, manuals and cables. Free shipping charges do not apply for exchange purchases. We do not refund shipping charges nor do we pay for return shipping fees outside of the 48 states. We do not accept returns for chargers, batteries, custom product or cables. After 30 Days all warranty related issues will be handled directly by AIMS. You can view the AIMS Warranty Policy Here.

3 Day Shipping Promo and Returns
Anyone who returns an inverter and has utilized the 3 day $20 shipping promo, will receive a credit in the amount of the total cost of the inverter, minus the full published carrier shipping rates for the 3 Day shipping. Any refund of the shipping of items shipped free, will be deducted the full published carrier shipping rate. Customer is responsible for shipping charges at full published rate for both sending and return shipping, (including if customer was given Free or Promotional Shipping rates). This applies even if the customer has refused delivery or was unavailable for delivery.
If the customer no longer wants the product, a credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase, minus the shipper’s carrier published rate for both sending and recalling the package. This is non-negotiable.
If the customer still wants the shipment after it has been returned to the warehouse, customer is responsible for full published rates of original shipment, plus the return shipping costs at the published rates before product can be released to the customer. Additional shipping may apply for secondary delivery. Please call us to obtain an RMA number. 888-417-8673. The Inverter Store is not responsible for returns after 30 days. At that time, you must contact our manufacturing partner AIMS POWER at 775-359-6703. AIMS POWER cannot provide cash returns only replacements or repairs at AIMS POWER’s discretion.
All returns must include the following:
1. Copy of receipt or invoice
2. Letter stating the problem with the product
3. Contact information including phone number and shipping address AND RMA number.
Any product returned without the above information will not be processed.

The Inverter Store strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged in transit. AIMS Power® will not be held responsible and warranty will be voided. We also recommend you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Remember to keep your Tracking Number.
Any shipment arrived damaged will be immediately refused, or will be held at the warehouse until customer pays for return shipping or files an insurance claim with carrier. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling any claim of an item returned with shipping damage. No exceptions.

Warranty Exclusions
We do not accept any returns on cables, batteries, chargers, special ordered product, bulk orders or any OEM projects. Used product will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
Any Product that is returned and deemed to be of working condition, and the customer has not paid for return shipping after 90 days, AIMS Power has the right to dispose of or destroy the product as it sees fit. This also applies to items returned without Proof of Purchase or an RMA Number. No exceptions.

The Inverter Store guarantees a 100% safe shopping experience. We use the same security and encryption technology used by banks, restaurants, and other retailers. We will never share any personal information about you with any third party except when requested by state law. This information cannot be read by unauthorized parties over the Internet and The Inverter Store does not maintain a record of your credit card number.
The Inverter Store values your privacy and will keep all information confidential and will never sell or use your information for any other purpose than to deliver your order.
Our products comply with most regulations and codes, to ensure that your inverter complies with your state or local laws, check with them ahead of time, before purchasing. Theinverterstore.com is not responsible for return shipping or any costs incurred due to any local regulations.
TheInverterStore.com is protected under the Washoe County Nevada Long Arm Statute as outlined below:

§ 14.065. Exercise of jurisdiction on any basis consistent with state and federal constitutions; service of summons to confer jurisdiction
1. A court of this state may exercise jurisdiction over a party to a civil action on any basis not inconsistent with the constitution of this state or the Constitution of the United States.
2. Personal service of summons upon a party outside this state is sufficient to confer upon a court of this state jurisdiction over the party so served if the service is made by delivering a copy of the summons, together with a copy of the complaint, to the party served in the manner provided by statute or rule of court for service upon a person of like kind within this state.
3. The method of service provided in this section is cumulative, and may be utilized with, after or independently of other methods of service.
Any suits, claims, complaints, inquiries or otherwise, must be handled through the Washoe County and Nevada Court Systems to be considered valid and legal. TheInverterStore.com does business regularly only in the State of Nevada within Washoe County and no other municipality, city, county, state or territory thereof. See the Dispute Resolution Section below
6.10. Dispute Resolution. All disputes arising under or in connection with the Agreement will initially be referred to the senior executives of each party. The senior executives will use their best efforts to resolve the dispute informally and amicably. If, after negotiating for thirty (30) days (or for some longer period if the parties agree), no resolution of the dispute is reached by the senior executives, the parties will submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Reno, Nevada pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) and the procedures set forth in paragraph 6.11.
6.11. Arbitration; Injunction. All disputes that cannot be resolved pursuant to the internal issue resolution process identified above will be submitted to and settled by final and binding arbitration. The arbitration will take place in Reno, Nevada, and will apply the governing law of this Agreement. The final and binding arbitration will be performed by a panel of three arbitrators in accordance with and subject to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the AAA then in effect. Following notice of a party’s election to require arbitration, each party will, within thirty (30) days, select one arbitrator; and those two arbitrators will, within thirty (30) days thereafter, select a third arbitrator. If the two arbitrators are unable to agree on a third arbitrator within thirty (30) days, the AAA will, within thirty (30) days thereafter, select the third arbitrator. The decision of the arbitrators will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The arbitrators will be bound by the warranties, limitations of liability, and other provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, each party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, where appropriate, to protect its rights pending the outcome of the arbitration.

6.12. Jurisdiction; Venue; Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada (irrespective of its choice of law principles). The parties hereby agree that any suit to enforce any provision of this Agreement or arising out of or based upon this Agreement or the business relationship between the parties hereto shall be brought in federal or state court in Reno, Nevada. Each party hereby agrees that such courts shall have co-exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue with respect to such party, and each party hereby submits to the co-exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.


Used Power Inverters

These used products may have a myriad of conditions including but not limited to: Returns without Original Packaging, Shipping Damage, Water Damage, Electrical Damage (Lightning, Short, Overload, Etc.), Board swap, Outdated Model, Cosmetic Damage (Scratches, dents, bends, nicks, cuts, missing external components), Missing accessories (Remotes, Cables, Bolts, Nuts, Washers).

The Inverter Store cannot determine or list every issue possible with every refurbished item provided. The customer gets no choice on products based on issue. The Inverter Store will choose best of the lot on a first-come first-serve basis.
The Inverter Store makes no guarantee that used product will be in stock at time of purchase, or guarantee of restock if ever a purchase occurs at Zero Stock.
All used inverters sold and received by the customer have a 1-year full replacement warranty for functional defects including but not limited to: Overload, No A/C, No Charge, Low Voltage, High Voltage, Short, Catastrophic Internal Damage, Etc. The Inverter Store will not warranty the product for cosmetic damage or external faults such as dents, cracks or other physical defects that does not affect functionality. The Inverter Store will not warranty missing accessories such as: Remotes, Cables, Voltage Meters, Bolts, Washers, Covers, Fuses, Stickers, Labels, Etc.
All used inverters sold also have a 30 day exchange period for another used product, pending stock. Upgrades are allowed within the first 30 days for used product. The upgrade must be done from the used product line given available inventory at the time. The Inverter Store does not guarantee exchange or upgrades within the Used Inventory due to uncertain and unpredictable availability. Exchanges within the first 30 days must be in working condition when received by the factory. A non-working inverter will be covered under the Replacement Warranty as outlined above.
Upgrades will be handled at AIMS Power’s discretion. All sales are final on used products.
All used inverters returned by the customer will be fully tested and verified of functionality before an exchange can be issued. Any inverter found to be in working order will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense. All Used Inverters before being returned must follow AIMS Power’s returns policy outlined above. An RMA Number must be issued before the inverter is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Any used inverter returned to us and verified to be functional, without the customer paying for return shipping within 30 days, the inverter will be resold or disposed of at AIMS Power’s discretion.
